Sunday, August 22, 10:30am Worship at Willowgrove. (11737 McCowan Road, Stouffville.) This will be a joint worship service with New Life Mennonite Church. It will be a potluck, so bring food to contribute. Also bring dishes, lawn chairs, and sports equipment for the afternoon. The swimming pool will be open. An offering will be taken in support of Willowgrove. Also, if you have a couple of extra spaces in your car, could you stop at the McCowan TTC station to give rides to New Life church people? Betty Puricelli will be there, organizing the rides. Pease give her a call at 416-467-6336. There will be NO service at Danforth. Please offer rides or ask for rides if you need transportation.
The children at Vacation Bible School raised $500 for their project. $500 was sent to MCC for the “Schools for Peace in IRAQ” program.

We will visit Mennonite sites in the GTA on this all-day bike ride. Go the distance, (approximately 100k) or ride part way. Details with exact meeting place and time to follow. Contact Richard Manz or Anne Reesor for information.
We have been invited to meet with MCEC leadership and with other GTA Cluster leaders on Tuesday Sept. 21 at 7pm at Hagerman Mennonite Church.
