Mens breakfast

Our next gathering is Saturday,  August 8, 2026 in the Fellowship Hall.   It's from 9-11 a.m.  We share in Food, Fellowship, etc.  This is not limited to the men at DMC,  so please bring a friend.   This is a Potluck Affair :-)

Theatre of the beat presents

Theatre of the Beat invites you to attend the MADGEN Theatre Festival running from Thursday, Aug. 20 - Friday, Aug. 22 at Woodbine/Danforth (2174 Danforth Ave).

This year's festival premieres 4 new plays: 

I  Have a Dream in Chinese by Irene Yi, 

 PEACHES by Elio Zarrillo; 

 Problematic History Teacher by MJ Kang;

 and Uprooted by Kabrena Robinson –

 all of which explore personhood through intimate narratives centering personal identity within the Canadian context.
